For those who do not have major depressive disorder, it may be hard for you to imagine what it feels like.

Just as we need daily food to sustain us physically, we also need daily food from God’s Word to sustain us spiritually.

Through trials, suffering, and intense hardships, I learned what true God-Centered humility looks like in the mind and the heart.

I am strong. Somedays I do not feel strong, but I am. I have had to endure and overcome many times of overwhelming stress, depression, anxiety, etc.

Countless times we are told that people in a dying church want to see it revived but they are typically not willing to do what is necessary to see...

Everything that we have and everything that we are is by the grace of God.

A lot of teaching on “mountains and valleys” in regards to the Christian life is not “Mountain and Valley” accurate.
